RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We kindly ask all customers to review our policy carefully prior to purchase, as placing an order confirms acceptance of the below terms.

Due to the nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds. We offer exchange or store credit only.


LUMIÈRE DE LUXE COLLECTION

All items from our Lumière De Luxe collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

These pieces are exclusively crafted and made with premium materials and therefore are not eligible for return under any circumstances.


MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

All other made to order pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange only.


READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Eligible ready to ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

All tags must be attached

Items must be returned in original packaging.


RETURNS PROCESS

To arrange a return please submit your request via our Returns Portal.

 

EXCHANGES

Once your return has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.

If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

 

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care in ensuring all pieces are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Items must not be worn and must remain in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note:

Minor variations in colour, fabric or finish are not considered faults

Items that do not fit as expected are not considered faulty

Items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged after delivery will not be considered faulty

Damage caused by improper handling, incorrect sizing  or general wear and tear is   not considered a fault

Once assessed, we will provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to determine whether an item is deemed faulty.

We strongly recommend checking all measurements carefully prior to placing your order.

As each child’s measurements may vary, we cannot guarantee fit based on age or standard sizing alone.

We do not accept responsibility for incorrect sizing selected by the customer and items that do not fit as expected are not considered faulty.
